The Owner Builder remains the contracting principal, approves expenditure and appointments, and contracts directly with the selected trades and suppliers. RJD acts as Project Consultant — advising, coordinating, monitoring and reporting within the agreed scope.

Limited by design
RJD accepts a limited number of full construction consultancy engagements so Rob can remain directly involved. Suitability, timing, project complexity and available capacity are considered before an engagement is accepted.
